Prizes

All "EnterpriseU" semi-finalists are eligible to win one of three valuable prize packages provided by our generous sponsors and donors within the Kankakee County business community. Semi-finalists will be selected during the first week of June after evaluation of all submitted business plans. EnterpriseU Finals will be held on Tuesday, June 19, at which time the top three contest winners will be announced. Winners will receive:

FIRST PLACE

  • $3,500
  • 6 months rent free office space
  • $1,500 Daily Journal advertising
  • Portrait Session
  • 6 months of advertising with 1 ad design
  • $1,000 toward a website and 6 months of premium hosting
  • One month marketing consultation

SECOND PLACE

  • $2,500
  • 6 months rent free office space
  • $750 Daily Journal advertising
  • Portrait Session
  • 3 months of advertising with 1 ad design
  • $550 toward a website and 3 months of premium hosting

 THIRD PLACE

  • $1,000
